The following are the specific terms and conditions that are part of our Shipping Policy.
Shipping, Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your payment has been processed. The email will contain your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. La Dent Sucrée is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to La Dent Sucrée due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damages
La Dent Sucrée is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession.
Returns Policy
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, we kindly ask that you please contact us info.ladentsucree@gmail.com within 24 hours of your cakes/sweets being delivered or picked up. For your claim to be reviewed 80% of your order must be returned and will be reviewed upon taste, design and condition of the products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim or request for a refund.
