Who are we
I love baking and designing cakes. My greatest example and inspiration in developing
my skills in this area is my father.
He is truly a master baker, whose expertise spans all types of breads and traditional Caribbean confectioneries. His signature "sweet breads" are legendary on the island.
Armed with my dad's passion and insights,
I set out to deepen my knowledge as a professional baker. I obtained my
diploma in confectionery &
culinary arts in 2016.
