My Name is Erseline, but my friends call me Ersy.

I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Aruba.

I love baking and designing cakes. My greatest example and inspiration in developing my skills in this area is my father.

He is truly a master baker, whose expertise spans all types of breads and traditional Caribbean confectioneries. His signature "sweet breads" are legendary on the island.


Armed with my dad's passion and insights, I set out to deepen my knowledge as a professional baker. I obtained my diploma in confectionery & culinary arts in 2016. 

My skills in the kitchen have also been recognized. I've earned top marks at Dutch regional and national confectionery competitions, including 1st place.

"La Dent Sucrée" specializes in cakes and desserts for your memorable moments and celebrations. 

We aim to make the the perfect pastries for your wedding, anniversary, birthday, baby shower celebrations and "sweet table" at social gatherings and professional events. 

We cater to private individuals as well as corporate clients.
